Summary
A remarkably unremarkable married man glimpses the woman of his dreams as she prances Marilyn Monroe-style over an air vent in the street. As he watches her full red skirt flutter seductively about her shapely figure, Teddy finds himself lost in her dream-like vision of lovelines, and emerges hopelessly obsessed with her!
