Summary
Takumi has proven himself to be the best driver in the Gunma area. But now a new racing team has shown up-- Team Emperor. And like their name suggests, they are ruling the area. Led by the professionally trained Kyouichi Sudou and consisting of all Lancer Evolution drivers, their mission is to challenge and beat the best team on each mountain. Kyouichi's goal is to have a rematch with Ry Takahashi, who he soon learns has been recently defeated by Takumi. Team Emperor heads to Akina, where they challenge Takumi to a race. Can Takumi face this new challenge and chase victory? Or will the ghost of Mt. Akina meet his match?
